About Us
A First Class Training Center  is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.
 
 
Elly Slama has been a trainer for over fourteen years.  She has trained staff and students on many different levels and has been a First Aid/CPR Trainer for over Fourteen years.  
 
Elly is a certified instructor through the American Heart Association.

Starting April we will have another instructor for those larger classes and to carry over on the scheduling.  This means you will not have to wait to schedule your groups.

Travel to your work place in Eastern WA and Northern Idaho.
We will travel for groups in Eastern Wa and N. Idaho.  There will be a small fee for groups outside of 60 miles outside of Spokane County.

NEW HIV/BBP Training.  This is the more advanced HIV course.  This is for those that need the day training where the hour credit BBP course does not qualify.  This is an 8 hour credit.

New On Line Blood Borne Pathogens Course.  For those that want to do the course in the comfort of their own home or office.

 
New 1st Aid/CPR course for our Babysitters.  More one on one time with kiddos who would like to babysit over the summer.  Course price includes all materials and extra infromation to help out in case of an emergency while babysitting.  Must pre-pay for this course. (This course follows AHA guidelines)

NEW CLASS
 
** HEADS UP:  Concussions in High School Sports
 
Offering two classes: 
1.  A hour and a half to two hour class for individuals wanting to know what to do with head injuries in sporting events - what to look for, how to handle the situation, what to do next  and what to do after the injury.
2.  A 3 to 4 hour class with more details of the above class and extensive information on head injuries.
(price of the course depends on the length of the course and number of students)
 
** Bloodborne Pathogens
1.  One hour course that works well with daycare settings.
2.  A 4 hour extensive course
 
Other types of training I can offer your business is any type of specialized training such as customer service training and dealing with difficult people.
 
We would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service in the industry.
 
** We will travel through out Eastern Wa and Northern ID (outside the Spokane and CDA area)  for Classes of 10 or more people without travel fees. **
 
 
** Some classes also count for continuing education in some fields**
Continuing Education: 
*Electricians - 4 hours of continuing education with 1st Aid/CPR approved by DOL.
* Dental continuing education - is length of the HCP class - 3 hours
 
 
 
Electricians can use this course for 4 hours of continuing education - approved by DOL.
