Elly has now completed her courses in Nutrition and Weight Loss Coaching! Soon to come Sports Nutrition and Childhood Nutrition. I am so excited to start working with individuals to help them learn how to do this right with life long results.
Weight loss programs do not consist of drinking your meals, popping pills and starving yourself. These are well monitored guided journeys to change a life style and lose weight and feel better at the same time. I have been working these programs while I have been learning and feel Great! I am looking forward to start my first 12 week program at the beginning of October.

12 Week Weight Loss Program
This program consists of:
- Weekly weigh ins (goal to lose 1 to 2 lbs a week)
- Weekly Measurements
- Meal planning (with your type of foods)
- Goal planning
- Food diaries
- Meal tracking
- Weekly one on one meetings
- Contact via email any time
- Exercise ideas (nothing over the top unless you choose)
- All the support you may need to keep on track!
Results based on what you put into the program. If you follow the program the way it is run you will drop the weight and improve your health. If you cheat on the program your results will not be what you want.
